Yates Baptist Child Development Center is currently looking for an office support assistant to assist the program's leadership team with administrative work associated with running a 5 star, NAEYC accredited Child Care Facility.
This position will require some classroom coverage (breaks, substitute teacher) whenever needed. Preference given to candidates with early childhood experience. Must be able to perform office tasks in a timely manner, be reliable and organized, a quick learner and be able to cultivate positive relationships with other staff and parents. Computer savvy with the ability to self-learn programs quickly. Knowledge of Procare, DCDEE regulations, and financial child care operations a definite plus.
You must have or be able to obtain a criminal background qualifying letter through the Division of Child Development. Other requirements include a negative TB test and a medical exam within the past year. CPR, First Aid, and SIDS certification will also be needed.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
