Office Support Staff

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in a small, moderately busy, office setting. Assists owner and dispatcher by answering and directing calls, utilizing a computer to log data, process orders, and handle email; handle/file/fax incoming/outgoing paperwork. Spanish Speaking candidates preferred.

  • Previous clerical and administrative experience with spreadsheet creation and management
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, organized
  • Computer literacy, accurate typing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
