Office Travel Coordinator (Male / Female)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: -Progressive Plaza, PIDC

About the Job Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Travel Coordinator to provide dedicated support to Directors, CEO and down the line Managers with a strong focus on travel management and executive coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, and itineraries
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules with high attention to detail
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently
  • Maintain travel budgets, records, and expense reports
  • Liaise with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and relevant service providers
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all executive matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent hands-on experience in travel management and coordination
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple travel requests
  • Good knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
