We are seeking an Office Worker to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Construction Office Worker is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as handling phone calls, greeting clients and updating records. MUST have experience in Quickbooks. MUST be able to multitask. Experience with digital marketing a plus. Salary based on experience. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other documents
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Help inventory and maintain warehouse
  • Assist Production Manager in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Assist the front desk/reception operations as needed
  • Opportunity will exist to move into project estimation and management role

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to move 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Forklift experience a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
