Office/Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to oversee daily scheduling and coordination of installation operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all jobs are properly prepared, scheduled, and ready for successful completion.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, collecting job documentation and receipts, preparing reports, and processing invoices in accordance with company procedures. The role also involves creating and maintaining accurate job files, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring timely follow-up on completed projects.

The ideal candidate will serve as a central communication hub between installers, field supervisors, vendors, customers, and office staff to help maintain efficient workflow, strong customer service, and smooth day-to-day operations. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Experience with field service management software such as Housecall Pro, Field Edge, ServiceTitan . . . is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
