Duties

- Develop, implement, and oversee engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools like Canva and Illustrator.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and tracking engagement metrics.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices in digital marketing to increase online visibility.
- Assist with on-site TV shoots as-needed.
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding promptly to comments and messages to foster community loyalty.
- Coordinate with public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and partnership opportunities.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product content, managing online listings, and implementing Facebook Advertising campaigns for targeted outreach.
Requirements
- College Degree in marketing or public relations a must with at least 1-year of experience from past internships or jobs.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Canva, and video-editing is a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
- Experience with social listening platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in written content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with clients, partners, and team members.
- Knowledge of branding strategies and public relations best practices within a digital context.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
