Experience: candidate should have experience in recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Partnering with Mgmt. to determine staffing needs.

b. Screening resumes from job portals, consultants etc.

c. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

d. Performing reference and background checks.

e. Coordinating interviews with the department head.

f. Following up on the interview process status.

g. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals

are achieved.

h. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process..

i. Taking timely feedback of employee.

j. Talent acquisition through job portals and social media

k. Sourcing and screening resources and conducting HR Round.

l. Maintaining recruitment tracker in drive.

m. Organizing and keeping records/ remarks of Dept. Head.

n. Salary negotiation with the candidate.

o. Ensure DOJ on schedule time.

p. Conducting walk-in and campus interview.

q. Daily reporting to Director & HR Manager on recruitment.

r. Conducting exit interviews.

s. Performing any other task given by HOD.
