Role Summary:

The role reports to the Senior Manager – Marketing Technology and Operations and is responsible for creation and design of digital, content, collateral, and brand assets across DMCC’s business units, sectors and industries – including but not limited to landing pages, digital ads, brochures, advertising, newsletters, signage, tradeshow displays, internal communications and other collateral.


This includes analysing and participating in briefs, leading the conceptual development and execution of creative projects including but not limited to corporate identity, digital assets and pages, brochures, advertising, infographics, animations, signage, tradeshow displays, internal communications and other collateral, while maintaining brand identity. This role will also help develop brand direction and style guides to help ensure the team is meeting all objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end production of creative and collateral based on business and marketing plan.
  • Creative development of marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong emphasis on digital, video and audio using Adobe creative suite.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in graphic art, design or equivalent, i.e. agency, brand, news or content background.
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
  • 0-1 years’ experience creating and designing creative and digital assets in a fast paced environment.
