Officer - Data Insights

Role Objective:

To analyze the data, extract hidden behavioral patterns, trend analysis for customer, product, transactions using tools and share findings.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement the Data Analysis Program and share findings, trends etc. across KIB.
• Use required tools to conduct the analysis i.e. PowerBI etc..
• Establish and maintain a register of findings, hidden pattern, trend analysis, document findings as discovered.
• Implement the Data Analysis Program and share findings with the business users as per the requirements across KIB.
• Recommend improvements to the dashboards and lead the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of analytics activity fulfilled with quality, cost-effective service.
• Adhere to all KIB Policies especially those relating to Data Governance, Enterprise Information Management.
• Study any comments submitted by stakeholders and track the status of related issues through their life cycle.
• Follow up with data owners and related business teams regarding the related solution delivery.
• Work closely with all lines of business towards enhancing business return on information assets through maintenance and improvement of data understanding and accessibility.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of opportunities for continuous improvement of KIB systems, processes and practices by adapting international best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Continuous Maintain and improve knowledge of Data Analyst using best practices.
• Explore and usage of the related tools PowerBI for delivering required outputs.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
