Officer – Graphic & AV Designer

LearnTech.pk is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Officer – Graphic & AV Designer with skills in video editing/ animation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing designs and motion graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and dynamic visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
• Create motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize visuals that align with brand identity.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Ensure consistency across all design and animation work.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with animation expertise (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred female.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with social media content trends and formats.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certification would be a plus.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
