Job Title: HR – Payroll & Compliance

Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience/MBA-HR/MSW-Labour/MLS

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Location: Nagpur

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional specializing in Payroll & Statutory Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure legal compliance, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory returns, and payroll systems, with a proven track record of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, tax calculations, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings/returns accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government bodies for inspections and compliance audits.
  • Respond to payroll and compliance-related employee queries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support HR operations in policy implementation, HRMS data management, and employee documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
