Preparing and issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely follow-ups
Assisting in the development of purchasing plans in coordination with relevant departments
Calculating prices and supporting cost-related analysis
Managing inventory records and maintaining accurate product information
Communicating with local and international suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
Coordinating customs clearance activities and liaising with freight forwarders and carriers
Handling additional import-related and administrative tasks as required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Educational background relevant to the role, such as Business Administration or a related field
Higher education will be considered an advantage
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
