Overview

Job Description

  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Assisting in the development of purchasing plans in coordination with relevant departments

  • Calculating prices and supporting cost-related analysis

  • Managing inventory records and maintaining accurate product information

  • Communicating with local and international suppliers regarding orders and deliveries

  • Coordinating customs clearance activities and liaising with freight forwarders and carriers

  • Handling additional import-related and administrative tasks as required


Job Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Educational background relevant to the role, such as Business Administration or a related field

  • Higher education will be considered an advantage

  • Good organizational and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
