As per with the below requirement:

Monitor and control the loading process of the product, include:

- Monitor and control the final product during the process of loading the product from the vehicles coming from the PPL, and during the distribution in the company's warehouses in terms of (product quality - packaging quality - compliance with temperature).

- Prepare a report (loading inspection report).

- Prepare a report (loading area Temp. record).

- Prepare a report (hygiene of the loading area & freezer - chillers).

. Monitoring and control of vehicles that bring the product to Riyadh warehouses as well as vehicles that go to markets in terms of:

- Hygiene of vehicles.

- Temperature compliance.

. Monitoring the hygiene process and periodic follow-up of warehouses and loading area and prepare a report (hygiene of the loading area & freezer - chillers).

. Follow up the temperature of the chillers and freezers and prepare a report (chillers & freezers Temp. record).

. Following up the process of receiving the returned product from the markets as well as the process of checking, sorting and destroying the expired product.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality and control -Poultry slaughterhouses
