Officer SCM Finished Goods

1. Physically check inventory through packing report list on daily basis and stock count activity on bi-weekly through barcode for reconciling.

2. Verify the TAG and physical weight as per the details mentioned in the system through barcode and verify location of coils on daily basis against delivery advice for reconciling.

3. To maintain 5S in Finish Good yard for maintaining the clean work environment.

4. To resolve the weight error and wrong grading issues with concerned department for avoid any conflict.

5. To monitor and cross check the existing and forthcoming inventory whether the quantities mentioned match with the system at actual or not.

6. To correct the error / incorrect tags of the product Grade or Weight arrange necessary correction with consulation of concerned department.

7. Take random physical stock to availability of correct weight and grades for the customer against their orders.
