Office/Warehouse Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Warehouse assistant to join our team in the HVAC Industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support office operations, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess computer skills. This position is essential in maintaining efficient office workflows and ensuring smooth daily operations across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone system with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling
  • Coordinate receiving of parts and scheduling jobs
  • Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email
  • Maintain office supplies and safety inventory
  • Assist with dispatching daily technicians and work load

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles and or HVAC
  • Warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven customer service skills with a professional demeanor in person and over the phone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.50 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
