Offline CNC Programmer (06:00 - 14:00)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday (06:00 - 14:00)
Salary: Up to £55k. Dependent on experience
Are you a CNC Machinist, Online Setter/Programmer, or an experienced Offline CNC Programmer looking for your next challenge?
We’re looking for an Offline CNC Programmer to join a forward‑thinking manufacturing team, where you’ll focus on producing high‑quality programs away from the machine, supporting efficient, right‑first‑time production.

About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products, working on advanced CNC machining processes and supporting new product introductions.
What you’ll be doing:
- CNC program creation (offline and online)
- Manufacturing process planning and data control
- Cutting tool selection and procurement
- Setting and operating CNC machines for prove-out and production
- Assisting with fixture design
- Customer liaison on design for manufacture and technical issues
- Identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising quality or tolerances
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in CNC setting, programming, and operating 3–5 axis horizontal and vertical machines
- Knowledge of Haas, Mazak, or Matsuura machining centres
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (hyperMill, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Powermill, Mastercam)
- Understanding of technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and CMM inspection methods
- Ability to travel to site
