We are looking for an Offline Director to lead offline media planning activities. The role will be responsible for managing key client communications, ensuring high-quality reporting and presentations, and leading team.

📍 Location: Istanbul (candidates must be based in Istanbul)

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid — during periods when the brand is in an agency meeting cycle, the role is expected to attend the office min. 3 days per week and participate in all relevant brand meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead offline media planning with a TV-heavy scope.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with the brand and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver:
  • Monthly management presentations
  • Competitive analysis presentations, including clear insights and recommendations.
  • Track and manage team deliverables, ensuring strong follow-up and timely execution.
  • Maintain and regularly update flowcharts, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal reporting and documentation requirements within the agency.
  • Work closely with the PMX team and contribute to channel buying processes.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in media planning (preferably with a media planning agency background).
  • Strong TV planning expertise and solid offline planning capability.
  • High proficiency with offline planning tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships. Proven capability in issue resolution and crisis management and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail; consistent follow-up is critical.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an integrated “One Team” structure.
  • English proficiency (a plus).
