We are looking for a highly proactive Offline Marketing Assistant who enjoys being on-ground, managing real-world execution, and making things happen under pressure. This role is ideal for someone who does not wait for perfect conditions but finds solutions and delivers results.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute offline marketing activities, manage logistics, support events, and handle day-to-day on-ground marketing operations. This is a hands-on role that involves frequent fieldwork, coordination with vendors, and quick problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in executing offline marketing campaigns and activities
• Manage logistics for events, activations, stalls, and on-ground promotions
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure timely execution of tasks such as printing, setup, delivery, and installations
• Handle last-minute changes and find alternate solutions when plans do not go as expected
• Optimize budgets while maintaining quality and timelines
• Support marketing events from planning to execution
• Represent the brand professionally during on-ground activities

Requirements

• Own mode of transport (bike required)
• Willingness to work on-road and on-ground regularly
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines
• Strong problem-solving mindset and execution focus
• Ability to take ownership and deliver without constant supervision
