Offplan Property Consultant

We are looking for dynamic and driven Offplan Property Consultants to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in offplan properties, and a proven track record in real estate sales. As an Offplan Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients and guiding them through the buying process of offplan properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Provide professional advice to clients regarding offplan properties, including benefits, risks, and potential returns on investment.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends, property prices, and new project launches in the Dubai real estate market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and developers to close sales successfully.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients and developers to ensure smooth transactions and address any concerns or queries

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in offplan properties, within the Dubai market.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
