Offshore Piping supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Pipe Supervisor to lead and oversee piping installation, fabrication, and testing activities on offshore projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with project specifications, codes, and offshore safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore piping activities including fabrication, installation, fit-up, welding, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and international codes
• Coordinate daily work activities with engineers, QA/QC, safety officers, and subcontractors
• Monitor manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve planned productivity
• Ensure strict adherence to offshore HSE rules and company safety policies
• Identify and resolve site issues related to piping works and report progress to management
• Support inspections, pressure testing, punch closing, and handover activities
• Maintain accurate daily reports and work records

Requirements

• Diploma or Engineering qualification in Mechanical or related discipline
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in piping works, with offshore project experience mandatory
• Strong knowledge of piping standards, isometrics, P&IDs, and welding practices
• Proven leadership and team-handling skills in offshore environments
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET / HUET, medical, etc.) – preferred
• Good communication and reporting skills
