Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented Certified General Real Estate Appraisers who want to maximize their earning potential while enjoying the freedom of working from home. This is a full-time position, available to qualified candidates anywhere in the U.S.

What We Offer

• $140,000 base salary plus commission opportunities
• On-target earnings: $165,000 to $190,000+ annually
• Top producers earn $250,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Complete high-quality commercial real estate appraisals
• Work directly with individual clients on their appraisals for private, legal, and tax-related matters
• Deliver accurate, timely, and professional appraisal reports

Who You Are

• Ohio Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
