Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including initial intake, case preparation, document review, and legal research.
• Manage legal case files using case management software, MyCase.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring timely filing of documents in compliance with court deadlines.
• Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of Ohio workers' compensation law and related legal fields such as personal injury law.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills for drafting reports, legal documents, and correspondence; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
• Effective interviewing techniques combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
