PSI Engineering Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking experienced and qualified OHTL Supervisors for transmission line projects ranging from 35 kV to 220 kV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising tower erection, conductor stringing, insulator installation, and foundation works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise erection of lattice type towers for 35–220 kV transmission lines.
• Supervise installation of conductors and insulators.
• Monitor and supervise foundation installation works for lattice towers.
• Ensure all site activities are executed according to approved drawings and project standards.
• Coordinate daily site operations with engineers, contractors, and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety procedures at site.
• Monitor work progress and maintain daily activity reports.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OHTL / Transmission Line Projects.
• Proven experience in 35–220 kV transmission line construction works.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Lattice tower erection
• Conductor stringing
• Insulator installation
• Foundation works
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and safe working practices.
• Willingness to work at remote project sites.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma / DAE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Additional safety certifications will be preferred.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
