Title: Oil and Gas Title Attorney
Location: Denver

Reports To: Practice Area Leader
Position Summary
Ball Morse Lowe PLLC is seeking experienced oil and gas title attorneys to join our innovative, well-established, and highly respected Oil, Gas + Energy Practice. We represent a wide range of clients—including operators, non-op and mineral buyers, renewable energy companies, and landowners—and are recognized for delivering exceptional service and industry-leading legal work. As an Oil and Gas Title Attorney, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients across multiple energy-producing states. You’ll apply your legal expertise to guide clients through complex mineral and leasehold issues, ensuring clarity, confidence, and compliance at every turn. Your responsibilities will include:

Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Experience, Education and Training
Experience: In addition to Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in relevant jurisdictions, a minimum of 2-5 years of oil and gas title examination or related legal experience.
Expertise: Familiarity with oil and gas law in one or more of our core jurisdictions (CO, OK, NM, ND, TX, WY) strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Skills: Strong organizational, research, analytical, and communication skills.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little to no assistance.
