Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Locate buried underground utilities to protect and maintain facilities for oiflield customers.
- Document all site interactions, site information, and identify and map location of utilities in locate system.
- Ability to map and build kmz files after on-site locates.
- Maintain effective use of utility locate equipment.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve utility locate issues in the most effective way.
- Balancing quality, productivity, safety, and time management in all areas
- Ability to continuously want to improve and learn in all aspects of the job.
- Manage workload by priority and as assigned.
- Maintain a safe work environment: this consists of wearing PPE at all times and being aware of surroundings, while on sites and on the road.
- Maintain a proper work site, cleanup after yourself, drive and verify constant work around work areas assigned.
- Ability to maintain professional communication and work efficiency with contractors and team.
- Ability to multitask between jobs and communicate with contractors based on workloads.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and lines of communication
- Ability to take on an on-call rotation
- Must be able to travel to onsite locations surrounding the Denver-metro areas, to include northern/eastern/western Colorado.
Properly communicate problems or issues to Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
