Oilfield Dispatcher - Part Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Dispatcher to help coordinate daily saltwater hauling operations in East Texas. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and office staff.

This position is ideal for someone with strong phone skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to keep trucks moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate saltwater hauling trucks and drivers
• Answer phones and communicate with customers regarding loads, schedules, and service needs
• Enter tickets, load information, and other dispatch-related data accurately
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, timing, and customer instructions
• Monitor operations and help resolve scheduling issues as they arise
• Assist with general office and dispatch support duties

Requirements

• Previous dispatch, trucking, transportation, oilfield, or office coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work environment
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of East Texas oilfield operations is a plus
