This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and growing hotel & lifestyle brand. As a SPA Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing SPA operations, coordinating the team, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, and enhancing SPA services and product sales.

You will be working at OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2026 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites you to be part of an award-winning brand known for its commitment to quality and excellence.

OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey and. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Manage daily SPA operations, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the responsibilities of SPA therapists, receptionists, and other team members.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of SPA facilities by conducting regular inspections.
  • Monitor the scheduling of guest appointments and ensure a smooth booking process.
  • Oversee the operational continuity of SPA services, including massages, facials, hammam, sauna, and pool areas.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring timely ordering of necessary products.
  • Regularly inspect SPA equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue from SPA services and product sales.
  • Manage budgets and cost control to maintain a balanced financial performance.
  • Provide personalized guest experiences, responding quickly and professionally to special requests.
  • Educate guests and staff about SPA treatments, massage techniques, and wellness services.
  • Analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to improve service quality.
  • Maintain a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere in the SPA, ensuring proper music, lighting, and ambiance.
  • Train SPA therapists on new techniques and wellness trends, ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Implement sales campaigns and promotions to drive SPA revenue and product sales.
  • Collaborate with the hotel marketing team to promote SPA services through social media and hotel communications.
  • Analyze guest data and implement personalized offers to increase returning customers.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for the SPA & Wellness Manager.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all SPA areas.
  • Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of all SPA equipment and facilities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SPA & Wellness leadership role (preferably in a luxury hotel setting).
  • Guest-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SPA treatments, massage techniques, and wellness services.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Ability to develop marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Budget management and cost control experience.
  • Fluency in Turkish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
