O&M Engineer

Hadron Solar is seeking an O&M Engineer to join their team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of solar plant equipment in Risalpur, KPK. This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring plant operations and analyzing performance data to ensure optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar plant equipment (PV modules, inverters, transformers, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal plant performance
• Monitor plant operations and analyze performance data.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in solar plant operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical networks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
