On-Air & Multimedia Content Personality (Morning Focus - Star 102.5FM)

Star 1025FM is seeking an energetic and motivated On-Air & Multimedia Content Personality to join our team.

This role is perfect for a morning person and go-getter who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people both on-air and across digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone who is engaging yet grounded — someone who can bring energy when needed, stay calm under pressure, speak with confidence, and truly listen and connect with an audience.

What You’ll Do

• Host live or voice-tracked on-air shifts
• Assist with morning show content and daily programming
• Create engaging content for radio, social media, and digital platforms
• Manage and update website content using WordPress or similar platforms
• Record and produce podcasts and audio segments
• Capture and edit video content for social and web
• Appear on camera for digital content and promotions
• Represent the brand at community events, remotes, and appearances
• Record commercial spots and assist with production
• Help develop new ideas to grow audience engagement and local impact

What We’re Looking For

• A true morning person with a positive, driven attitude
• Energetic personality with the ability to also be calm, relatable, and authentic
• Comfortable on-air, on camera, and behind the scenes
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Basic to intermediate audio editing skills
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Podcasting experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communicator — can speak well and listen even better
• Team player who is adaptable in a live and fast-moving environment
• Passion for community involvement and local storytelling

Helpful (But Not Required)

• Experience with Adobe Audition or other audio editing software
• Familiarity with radio automation systems (e.g., WideOrbit or similar)
• Photography, graphic design, or digital marketing experience
• Previous on-air, podcasting, or content creation experience
