On-Air Sales Personality (Sports Memorabilia & TCG)

Job Summary
We are seeking a charismatic and energetic On-Air Sales Personality to join our online sports memorabilia and Trading Card Game (TCG) business team. You will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, engaging with a community of collectors, and driving sales of high-value items. The ideal candidate is a natural entertainer who can blend deep sports knowledge with a persuasive sales presence to create a must-watch experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Host Live Breaking & Sales Sessions: Lead interactive live streams on various platforms, performing "live breaks" and showcasing premium memorabilia.
• Drive Revenue: Utilize on-camera presence to educate, entertain, and influence viewers, converting audience engagement into completed sales.
• Expert Commentary: Provide in-depth commentary on sports history, player statistics, and current market trends to add value and context to items being sold.
• Audience Engagement: Build and maintain a loyal community by responding to real-time questions, managing giveaways, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Inventory & Content Prep: Collaborate with the team to prepare products for broadcast, research market values, and assist in creating social media content to promote upcoming shows.
• Handle with Care: Ensure the professional and meticulous handling of all cards and memorabilia during live sessions to maintain product integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Sports Expertise: Deep, "obsessive" knowledge of major sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL) and college athletics, including player history and current hobby trends.
• TCG Knowledge: Familiarity with major Trading Card Games such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or Yu-Gi-Oh!.
• Sales Savvy: Strong sales background with the ability to negotiate and close deals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort using streaming software and e-commerce tools, as well as basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) for order tracking.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak viewing times.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of professional grading standards (e.g., PSA, Beckett).
• Previous experience with live commerce platforms or "breaking" culture.
• Strong social media presence within the sports or hobby community.
• On-Air Experience: Proven experience as an on-air personality, live stream host, or digital content creator. Must be extremely comfortable being live on camera for several hours at a time.
