FOUR O SIX NANNIES, Montana's only local nanny agency, is hiring on-call babysitters to join our trusted team of professionals supporting families across the Missoula area. Whether you're available after school, on weekends, during holiday breaks, or while your own kids are at school — you pick your jobs and your schedule!

This is a great opportunity for experienced sitters who want flexibility without the commitment of a set weekly routine.

• We set the rates and policies for families to follow and handle all coordination and communication — you just show up and do what you do best!

Who We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of childcare experience (babysitting, daycare, nannying, etc.)
• 18 years of age or older
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable personal transportation required

Coverage Areas

We serve families in Missoula and surrounding areas — you tell us where you're willing to travel!

Compensation:

$20–$40/hr, paid directly by the family
