What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one behavioral support to children in their homes across Brooklyn.
• Follow individualized behavior plans designed by licensed professionals.
• Teach daily living and social skills through engaging, play-based strategies.
• Collect simple data to track progress (training provided).
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and improve interventions.
• Bring patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to every session.

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
• Have experience working with children (especially those with autism or developmental disabilities – preferred but not required).
• Are reliable, patient, and eager to learn.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Speak a second language (Spanish or Mandarin is a plus!).
