On-Call Caregiver/Med Tech

Job Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable on-call caregiver to support our care home staffing. This starts as flexible on-call work with the opportunity to become a consistent weekly schedule. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' health status by observing their overall health and reporting changes to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Lift and assist residents as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.

Experience

• Previous experience in home health, caregiving, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all aspects of care.

* This is a night shift position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
