About Us

Rolfing and Body Therapies LLC is a premier wellness practice specializing in Rolfing® Structural Integration, Fascial Bodywork, Posture Rejuvenation, and advanced modalities such as Tecar Therapy. With locations in Playa Vista and Santa Monica, we work with athletes, active individuals, and clients seeking long-term health and alignment through integrative care.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Deep Tissue / Sports Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a client-facing role for someone ready to step into a well-established practice with strong referral flow and a commitment to high-quality care.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a licensed massage therapist with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in deep tissue and/or sports massage. You should feel confident working independently, customizing treatments, and supporting clients recovering from injury, training hard, or managing chronic issues. While some light admin duties are part of the role, this is not an assistant position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized deep tissue and/or sports massage sessions
• Address client concerns with skill, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely client records
• Assist with light front desk tasks such as check-out and payment collection
• Keep treatment rooms clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
• Participate in continuing education and collaborative training opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid CAMTC certification (or in process of obtaining)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in deep tissue or sports massage
• Strong grasp of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics
• High-level professionalism and client care standards
• Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts

Preferred (Not Required) Experience

• Cupping therapy, myofascial release, or fascial integration techniques
• Experience working with athletes or injury recovery
• Familiarity with Tecar Therapy or compression recovery systems
