Role Summary:
As a First-Call Doctor, you will play a pivotal role in our patient journey. You will interact with patients who inquire via ads and counsel them towards the right next step — typically a digital or physical consultation with our oncologist. Your primary goal is to build trust, answer initial concerns, and help the patient understand the importance of timely specialist care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries from patients via phone
- Understand the basic concern and triage the patient using pre-defined clinical pathways.
- Provide empathetic, accurate, and simplified information about the potential condition and the need for specialist consultation.
- Guide the patient to book a video or physical consultation with an oncologist from our network.
Who Can Apply:
- Medical Graduates – MBBS, BDS, MDS or Pharm D
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Telugu
