As a valued member of our Events team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and bverage service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. From elegant dinners and weddings to member celebrations and tournaments, you will help ensure every event is executed seamlessly with warmth, efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces with appropriate tableware, linens, and decorations to create inviting atmospheres.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, including wine and specialty drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality.
• Assist with buffet displays and cleanliness.
• Engage with members and guests courteously, providing attentive service that anticipates their needs and enhances their experience.
• Manage beverage stations and drink service, ensuring proper handling and serving techniques.
• Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing duties to maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support catering setup and breakdown, ensuring timely transitions between events.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different event types, sizes, and service styles while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred.
• Culinary or food service experience, including fine dining or banquet settings, is a strong asset.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with food preparation or coffee service is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and drink service techniques preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance are essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed.
