On Call Floor Technician

Multi-Clean, a fast-growing Commercial Janitorial Company established in 1993, is hiring individuals to work as an on-call floor technician.

Summary:

On-Call Floor Technician will clean and maintain floors as required. This part-time role includes performing the job duties efficiently while properly managing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to on-call requests for floor cleaning.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Experience preferred, not required.
• A willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
• Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces.
• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of various floor types, including carpet and hard surfaces.
• Utilize buffing equipment to enhance floor appearance and longevity.
• Execute janitorial tasks in commercial settings, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on feet for extended periods!
• Pass a background check and drug test!
• Must have valid Driver's License!
