Duties

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing comprehensive information about admissions procedures, programs, and resources
  • Assist with the intake process by scheduling appointments, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Support prospective clients through the process by explaining requirements, guiding them on necessary documentation, and ensuring all steps are clearly communicated
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Required)
