Job Summary
Statewatch Security is looking for dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our on-call team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible, part-time work with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. As an on-call guard, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Be available for on-call assignments, covering shifts as needed.
• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism.
• Enforce security policies to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to identify security risks.
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Report suspicious activities and maintain accurate incident logs.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required.

Requirements

• Prior security or is a plus but not required.
• Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
• Must have a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
