As an On-Call Substitute Child Care Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children when our regular staff members are unavailable. Whether it’s covering for illness, vacation, or training, you’ll step in to ensure our classrooms continue to thrive. This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours, allowing you to accept or decline shifts based on your availability. Assignments may range from full-day to partial-day and may sometimes be offered on short notice.

This role is ideal for retired educators, paraprofessionals, college students, former childcare professionals, stay-at-home parents, and anyone seeking flexible supplemental income.
