Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and engaging On-Camera Anchor / Presenter to deliver high-quality English-language content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional on-screen presence, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and credibility, understands social media trends, and can deliver compelling content in a concise and energetic format tailored for Instagram audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and host short-form videos (30–60 seconds) for Instagram Reels.
• Deliver scripted and semi-scripted content with clarity, personality, and confidence.
• Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and viral content styles.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to brainstorm Reel ideas.
• Participate in shoots (studio or on-location) and follow brand guidelines.
• Adapt tone and style depending on content type (informative, promotional, entertaining, lifestyle, etc.).
• Engage viewers with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and natural delivery.
• Assist with basic script input and content planning when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven on-camera experience for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong articulation.
• High energy, expressive personality, and natural screen presence.
• Ability to memorize or confidently deliver short scripts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends and audience behavior.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of short-form video structure.
• Familiarity with filming setups (ring lights, microphones, smartphone cameras).
• Ability to improvise and speak naturally without sounding scripted.
