Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator for the real estate industry who can represent our brand professionally on digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-presentable, have a strong on-camera presence, and be able to communicate property details clearly and engagingly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create engaging video and visual content related to real estate projects and properties

* Present property features, project details, and investment opportunities on camera

* Shoot short videos, reels, walkthroughs, and promotional content

* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns

* Ensure content reflects the brand’s professional image and tone

* Stay updated with real estate trends and social media content formats

* Assist in content planning, scripting, and basic editing (if required)

Requirements & Skills:

* Well-presentable with a professional personality

* Strong communication skills and confidence in front of the camera

* Experience in content creation, vlogging, or social media (real estate experience is a plus)

* Comfortable working on-site and attending property visits

* Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)

* Creative mindset with attention to detail

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
