On-Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic On-Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves door-to-door sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/services directly in the field. If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers door-to-door to generate sales
• Promote and explain products/services clearly to potential customers
• Identify new sales opportunities in assigned areas
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic records of visits, leads, and sales
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and energetic personality
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Comfortable with field work and door-to-door sales
• Well organized and target-driven
• Ability to work independently
• Prior field sales experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
