We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment and is confident handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns
- Process policy changes, payments, and refunds accurately
- Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller
Communication
- Speak clearly, confidently, and calmly under pressure
- Practice active listening to fully understand customer needs
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines when required
- Document all interactions accurately in the system
Technical Skills
- Navigate CRM systems efficiently
- Work comfortably with dual-monitor setups
- Manage multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- Maintain accurate records and detailed notes
Sales & Performance
- Meet daily and monthly call volume targets
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Work efficiently without sacrificing customer experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Spanish is a plus

Pay: $41,600.00 - $60,000.00 per year
