On-site Community Manager

Well-established Property Management company is seeking an experienced On-Site Community Manager with great leasing skills. Community Manager will oversee a 32-unit complex in the city of Fullerton. Candidate must have 2-3 years of recent apartment management experience.

Needs strong leasing skills and great customer service.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Advanced computer skills and strong ability to utilize various software programs.

Fair Housing knowledge.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently.

Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Valid Driver's License, insurance and own reliable vehicle.

Job Functions:

Live On-Site

Collect, record & deposit rental payments, application fees, security deposits etc.

Prepares lease renewal documents and related paperwork to company standards.

Ability to deal with diverse residents in a professional and courteous manner.

Enforces community rules.

Motivated to maintain high occupancy.

Coordinates maintenance of property with appropriate support to keep property quality to company standards.

Performs regular property inspections, and achieves a high standard of cleanliness, and appearance.

Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and integrity.

Compensation:

Hourly Wage (DOE)
