On-site Graphic Designer

About the role
Media Initiation is a digital marketing agency that creates bold, results-driven content for brands across Pakistan and beyond. We are looking for a certified, principled, and highly creative Graphic Designer who can make deliberate, thoughtful design decisions rooted in design fundamentals. This role also involves light client coordination (~10 calls per day) to gather briefs and relay feedback.

What you'll do

• Design social media posts, reel covers, stories, and ad creatives for multiple client brands
• Create promotional and marketing material that is visually compelling and on-brand
• Apply strong design principles — whitespace, visual hierarchy, typography, and colour theory — to every piece of work
• Handle approximately 10 inbound and outbound calls per day for client brief coordination and feedback follow-up
• Manage revisions efficiently and deliver within agreed deadlines
• Maintain and organise a clean library of design assets, brand kits, and templates
• Collaborate with the video and content team to ensure cross-format visual consistency

What we're looking for

• A relevant design certification (graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent — from a recognised institution or platform such as NCBA&E, NCA, Coursera, or Adobe Certified)
• must Deep working knowledge of core design principles: whitespace and layout, typographic hierarchy and font pairing, colour theory and palette construction, visual balance and grid systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva (advanced level)
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency or creative studio
• A strong portfolio demonstrating principled, intentional design.
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English for client-facing calls
• Ability to juggle multiple client projects and deliver consistently under deadlines
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid design and light coordination role

What we offer

• Salary: Rs. 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience)
• On-site role at Bahria Town Phase 8 — 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
