Schedule: 8-hour night shift starting at 6:00 PM

Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support night shift operations. This role ensures accurate attendance management, smooth workforce coordination, and immediate response to HR-related matters on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site attendance management and verify shift check-ins/outs
• Manage workforce allocation, headcount tracking, and staffing adjustments as needed
• Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues during night hours
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace standards, and safety requirements
• Provide timely reports and communication to the HR team and site leadership

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, staffing, or operations support preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in real time
• Familiarity with attendance systems or workforce management tools is a plus
• Must be able to work fully on-site during night shift hours
