On-Site Maintenance/Grounds Keeper

We are a large property management company that specializes in manufactured housing communities. We are looking for an experienced grounds keeper/maintenance person for an on-site position.

Compensation also includes employer provided on-site housing (employee is responsible for utilities).

Qualifications include:

· Strong work ethic and ability to work with limited supervision.

· The ability to handle multiple tasks.

· Must be able to stay organized.

· Must be able detailed oriented and follow directives.

· Must be able to perform landscaping duties such as lawn care, maintaining bushes and shrubs, weeding, etc.

· Must have general maintenance skills.

Requirement:

· Valid CA driver's license, have a registered vehicle and auto insurance.

· Able to read and speak English.

· Must be able to live in employer provided housing on-site.

· Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
