On-Site Marketing Liaison

Location: Cascade Skating Rink – East & West

Position Overview

The On-Site Marketing Liaison serves as the in-person representative of Cascade’s marketing team. This role supports the remote marketing manager by ensuring all promotions, visuals, and guest experiences are executed consistently inside the facility. The liaison bridges communication between on-site operations and marketing while capturing real-time content and engaging directly with customers to strengthen Cascade’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Event Support

  • Represent the marketing department on-site during regular sessions and special events.
  • Capture and share high-quality content (photos and videos) for social media and promotions.
  • Ensure all flyers, posters, and digital displays are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the setup and coordination of themed events, giveaways, and sponsor activations.

Customer Interaction & Engagement

  • Engage guests to gather feedback, testimonials, and insights about their experience.
  • Collect customer contact information for promotions, loyalty programs, and email/text marketing (in line with privacy standards).
  • Encourage social media follows, shares, and user-generated content.
  • Identify repeat guests, influencers, or VIPs and relay details to the marketing team.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the direct link between in-house staff and the remote marketing manager.
  • Communicate event updates, promotions, and scheduling changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with DJs, bartenders, and ticketing/front desk staff to align in-rink promotions.
  • Assist with community and partnership activations on behalf of Cascade.

Content & Reporting

  • Send daily or weekly photo and video updates to the marketing team.
  • Maintain organized logs of marketing activity and guest engagement.
  • Provide a brief weekly recap highlighting successful promotions, feedback, and ideas.
  • Report any outdated signage or inconsistencies in branding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidently engaging with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Basic understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with attention to detail.
  • Photography or video experience is a plus.
  • Weekend and evening availability required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
