Onsight Expectations:
- Promptly and politely acknowledge all resident requests, complaints, and inquires.
- Draft and discuss projected budgets with clients
- Attend to all requests and complaints from shareholders, owners, board members and HRPM team.
- Routinely walk through the property to ensure it is in compliance with local codes.
- Develop professional relations between residents, management and building staff. Report back to upper management with any inquires, situations or requests that you are unable to address.
- Draft, prepare, and distribute mass communication to residents by posting notice and/or sending communication via BuildingLink, System software or E-mail.
- Attend Board Meetings and prepare agendas for monthly discussions
Administrative Duties:
- Record and process accounts payable and receivable for the property.
- File all compliance paperwork, if applicable.
- Maintain updated office files.
- Prepare monthly arrears reports
- Coordinate the monthly Move In/Move Out schedule and collect copies of insurance
- Process Move out Reports and security deposit refunds.
- Coordinate projects small and large scale for the property
General Duties:
- Assist Bookkeeping with budget forecasting and preparation.
- Assist with any building-related events or emergencies as required.
- When required, provide after hours on-call support for emergencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, finance or residential property management experience is preferred.
- 6 years of experience in property management, and real estate.
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of building systems.
- Able to professionally communicate with all types of personalities, giving each person the highest level of respect at all times.
- Able to work with limited supervision at times and meet deadlines.
- Effectively manages his/her workday, able to prioritize tasks.
